若主相近黑夜必亮

将主圣面一时主遮蔽

使我双目交闭不开
将睡以先我心默想
用在主怀是我盼望

3自朝到暮求主同在
若无我主前途艰难
求主夜间也常同在
因我有主便不孤单

4清早睡醒求主赐福
助我在世力行正路
日日领我直到天家
使我与主永远相偕

It is not night if Thou be near
O may no earthborn cloud arise
To hide thee from Thy servants eyes

2 When the soft dews of kindly sleep
My weary eyelids gently steep
Be my last thought how sweet to rest
Forever on my Savior’s breast

3 Abide with me from morn till eve
For without Thee I cannot live
Abide with me when night is nigh
For without Thee I dare not die

4 Be near to bless me when I wake
Ere thru the world my way I take
Abide with me till in Thy love
I lose myself in heaven above
