1年代久矣百物坏兮
十字宝架独留存
先圣后圣赞其超奇
我也以此为荣尊

2生之颠危时来侵我
常多忧惧多失望
主之宝架永不弃我
常赐喜乐赐安康

3当我道路安稳平康
周围满布慈爱光
十架恩泽愈显辉煌
常使感激乐颂扬

4灾难荣华痛苦欢愉
皆因宝架成幸福
此中平安何可言喻
欢乐永勿能消磨

1 In the cross of Christ I glory
Towering o’er the wrecks of time
All the light of sacred story
Gathers round its head sublime

2 When the woes of life o’ertake me
Hopes deceive and fears annoy
Never shall the cross forsake me
Lo it glows with peace and joy

3 When the sun of bliss is beaming
Light and love upon my way
From the cross the radiance streaming
Adds more luster to the day

4 Bane and blessing pain and pleasure
By the cross are sanctified
Peace is there that knows no measure
Joys that thru all time abide
