与神儿女为友  扶助弱肢体
你的一切工作  当求主欢喜

2总要追求圣洁  世界忙无功
你当在主怀里  享受祂安息

时时仰望耶稣  好变成祂形
使你同伴看见  你的好言行

3总要追求圣洁  让主作你首
不可自逞豪侠  把主撇一旁

或遭风波疑难  只管学顺从
时时仰望耶稣  必安然度过

4总要追求圣洁  内心常镇定
让主管理一切  意念或感情
当靠圣灵领你  到爱的泉源
把你造就全备  永活祂面前

1 Take time to be holy
Speak oft with thy Lord
Abide in Him always
And feed on His Word

Make friends of God’s children
Help those who are weak
Forgetting in nothing
His blessing to seek

2 Take time to be holy
The world rushes on
Spend much time in secret
With Jesus alone

By looking to Jesus
Like Him thou shalt be
Thy friends in thy conduct
His likeness shall see

3 Take time to be holy
Let Him be thy guide
And run not before Him
Whatever betide

In joy or in sorrow
Still follow thy Lord
And looking to Jesus
Still trust in His Word

4 Take time to be holy
Be calm in thy soul
Each thought and each motive
Beneath his control

Thus led by His Spirit
To fountains of love
Thou soon shalt be fitted
For service above
