1凶猛波浪虽滚滚
暴雨击打我灵魂
虽然狂风吹得凶
我在主里得安稳
因我有一坚固锚
永永远远可依靠

*我的锚已经抛牢
不怕狂风猛吹来
我的船虽然很小
靠主恩我不失败
因我锚可靠 我锚可靠

2凶猛浪涛涌上来
危险四佈心忧惊
怒云遮蔽在天空
狂风怒吼到极处
我仍站立不惊心
因我锚抛在主里

3我能感到锚抛牢
不怕意外之摇动
铁链不能眼看见
但能连系主心中
暴风之中有平安
直到风平浪停止

4患难几乎没我魂
忧伤似波浪滚滚
试探者多方引诱
暴风雨掩蔽日头
在主里我有倚靠
因我锚已经抛牢

Perils lurk within the deep
Angry clouds o’er shade the sky

Still I stand the tempest’s shock
For my anchor grips the Rock

3 I can feel the anchor fast
As I meet each sudden blast
And the cable tho unseen
Bears the heavy strain between
Thru the storm I safely ride
Till the turning of the tide

4 Thoubles almost ‘whelm the soul
Griefs like billows o’er me roll
Tempters seek to lure astray
Storms obscure the light of day
But in Christ I can be bold
I’ve an anchor that shall hold
