3虽然长夜漫漫 我不感恐慌
天使展翅护卫 停留在我旁
4直等黎明日光 照耀我床上
起来志虑清新 向我主仰望

Night is drawing nigh
Shadows of the evening
Steal across the sky
2 Jesus give the weary
Calm and sweet repose
With Thy ten-d’rest blessing
May our eyelids close
3 Thru the long night-watches
May Thine angels spread
Their white wings above me
Watching round my bed
4 When the morning wakens
Then may I arise
Pure and fresh and sinless
In Thy holy eyes
